1. Order Confirmation
After you place an order or inquire on WhatsApp, we confirm product availability, final price and delivery details with you before you make any payment.
2. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier services. Availability in remote areas may vary and will be confirmed at the time of your order.
3. Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are generally dispatched after payment is verified. The estimated delivery time depends on your city and the courier, and is communicated when your order is confirmed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays or courier issues beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Delivery all over Pakistan is a flat PKR 300 per order. Products marked Free Delivery ship free: if every item in your order is marked Free Delivery, you pay no delivery charge. The delivery charge is always shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order.
5. Tracking
Where available, we share the courier tracking number with you on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
6. Receiving Your Order
Please check the parcel on arrival. If the packaging is visibly damaged or the item is incorrect, contact us immediately with photos. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
7. Incorrect Address
Please provide a complete and accurate address and phone number. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
